The Guitar Player - a poem of Rock Music

The Guitar Player by Paul Howlett

Bleeding on the fret board

Singing on the breeze

Pounding on the drums

Making a life of ease

Rock and Roll music

Blasting through the trees

Drinking lotsa likker

Smoking funny weed

Women in the bed

Women in the shower

Women in my dreams

Of Rock and Roll Power

Is this real or is it not

The microphone, the song

Adoration, fornication

Many loves many lost

Has the singer lost the plot?
